This stunning large vintage handwoven Moroccan Berber rug circa mid-20th century is a beautiful combination of hand-knotted pile and embroidery. The design features a large symmetrical arabesque pattern on a gorgeous field of crimson red with accent shapes and a decorative border edge in touches of orange, green and black. The rug has a short cotton warp fringe to both ends. The timeless design of this exquisite rug will complement any style of decor, from traditional and contemporary to mid century modern and global.

Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use.
